We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, providing you with a 30-day window to request a return from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, or unused condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and protective seals must be intact.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

The Return Process

  1. Initiation: Contact us at franzelme7531@hotmail.com to start a return.

  2. Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
